Astilbe Dark Side of the Moon is a shade loving plant with chocolate brown that turns darker when the plant matures. In mid to late summer, the plant has raspberry buds that open into rosy purple flowers. This astilbe has a height of 20-22” and a width of 24-28” and is deer and rabbit resistant and bees and butterflies love the flowers.
Dianthus Sunflor Harper is a pink carnation like flower that has the height of 4-6” and a width of 10-12”. This plant is a sun lover that is great for boarders since its on the smaller side. It does rebloom in our weather; the flowers are fragrant and is deer resistant and drought tolerant.

Kniphofia Papaya Popsicle is a sun loving very short compact plant with large showy flowers. It does rebloom in our weather and flowers in June- October for late season color. Lamium Pink Pewter is a great groundcover plant with a pretty light pink flower. With a height of 6” and a width of 16” is likes some sun and full shade. It’s a late bloomer and a long bloomer- late spring to early summer. Its also Deer and Rabbit resistant.
Penstemon Pristine Lilac Purple is a sun loving plant that is a long bloomer and the flowers make excellent cut flowers for DIY bouquets. With a height of 16-18” and a width of 14-16” this plant is drought resistant when established and is best in loose gravelly soil with good drainage.
